In April 2024, Aima announced its plan to invest over 3 billion yuan in the construction of the Fengxian Industrial Park Project, which is aimed at further expanding the company's production capacity of electric tricycles. With the rapid progress of the Fengxian base, according to reports from relevant media, partial trial production is expected to be realized in November this year.

It is reported that the Fengxian Industrial Park Project of Aima Technology Group covers an area of approximately 800,000 square meters. Its construction content includes a frame workshop, a plastic parts workshop, an assembly workshop, supporting workshops, as well as a shift building, a canteen, and an activity center. The project integrates functions such as production, warehousing, office work, and daily life. Among them, the first-phase project covers an area of 798 mu (approximately 532,000 square meters) with a construction area of 450,000 square meters.

Song Liankai, the person in charge of the project, introduced that the industrial park will concentrate on investing in top-tier production equipment in the industry: 18 fully automatic general assembly lines, 52 robotic welding lines, and 8 intelligent painting lines. Combined with "high-precision and advanced" equipment such as laser cutting machines and CNC mold repairing machines, the entire process from component processing to finished tricycle delivery will realize "intelligent" and "precision" operations.

What deserves more attention is that Aima Group's core technologies such as those for motors and batteries will be implemented simultaneously. This means that the new energy special-purpose vehicles "made in Fengxian" will break free from reliance on core components and stand at the forefront of technological advancement in the industry.

After the Aima Fengxian Industrial Park Project is fully completed, it will achieve an annual production capacity of 3 million electric tricycles and is also expected to drive employment for 5,000 people. For Fengxian County, this is not only a leap in manufacturing standards, but also will promote the local new energy industry to move from "agglomeration" to "high-end" development.
